Quality Control

• Testing lab

Our factory has own testing lab, so we could performance some tests by ourselves, which including: Hydro column  test, Fanrics tear strength test, Fire retardant test, UV test and so on.

• ISO9001:2000

We have obtained ISO9001:2000 since 2003 and been audited by the independent organization every year which help us in improving the quality management system.

• Incoming material control

We have a long and stable relationships with our material suppliers, which promise the steady-going quality of the incoming materials. All fabrics will be checked by our QC staffs in the testing lab and be recorded.  For the requirements of the customers,  the incoming material also could be tested by the third party inspecting orgnizations.

• In-process QC

We have QC staffs on the site to check the product. The semi-finished and finished products will be checked piece by piece before final packing. Any defective item could be trace back and rework until approved to be qulify.
